Before Contacting teamWeather

Need to contact teamWeather about an issue or question about one of our products? Need some assistance with our applications or need to report an issue? Use our contact form below to provide us with information on how we can make your experience better or contact us to say how much you like teamWeather’s products and services. We are always looking for feedback from our users. Please note that when you leave a review in the App Stores we can’t directly respond to the reviews and sometimes we can’t respond directly to a user using Facebook and/or Twitter, but if you contact us using the form below we can contact you and work with you to make your expereince better.

Please make sure you read our Application pages before submitting an issue or request. Common solutions to problems that happen with our applications include:

  • Checking the active Internet connection (either Wireless, Ethernet, and/or Cellular EDGE, 3G, 1xRTT, EVDO)
  • Checking service coverage from a cellular provider
  • Rebooting phone, device, and/or computer
  • Checking with known issues that we list and to see if a bug fix is coming soon
  • Make sure all the updates for the application have been performed to your system
  • Making sure your system is fully licensed to operate the application (Actual purchase from Mac App Store or other Application Store)
  • Checking our Application pages under the About menu of our web site for known facts and how to use our applications (About > Applications, and any sub menu items).
  • Make sure that you are not refreshing during an update cycle. Sometimes the upstream data sources have blips in the service that are out of teamWeather’s control. In that case please make sure you try again in a few minutes.
Should you need to contact us about anything else listed on this page please use our social networking and/or other methods of contact at your choosing. Please note you may get a faster response by using social networking tools. Any user who is considered disruptive during the support process might experience longer support times and/or a voided support ticket. We try our best to help our users and we appreciate all their feedback. Comments that are defaming to us and/or Apple do not help in the support process.

iTunes Related Questions, Syncing of Applications, Purchases Not Showing

Please note that we are unable to tell who bought what products from iTunes from our list. Please make sure you accurately list the platform and application you purchased below in the Contact Us form.

If you are missing your iTunes or Mac purchase please contact Apple’s iTunes or Mac App Store support or try to re-download the application for free. If you don’t know how to sync the application to your device (or move the application to your device) Apple provides wonderful support to guide you through the process. You can also visit your local Apple store and ask any employee to help you guide you through the process or schedule time with one of their employees at their stores to learn how to sync applications to your devices.

If you are expecting applications to sync automatically please make sure you have the proper settings set under the “Applications” tab of your device in iTunes otherwise new applications will not sync unless you tell the device to sync them specifically.

Questions about Weather Plus including Issues of Downloading Data

The purpose of Weather Plus for the United States and Weather Plus for Disney Parks is to allow users to receive weather information from various sources including the National Weather Service to their desktop computer or mobile smartphone. The data sources occasionally do go down along with any Internet-based resource. Please test the program again within 1-3 hours and data usually should be back online. If this is not the case please contact us below after checking your Internet connection or rebooting your device.

Need to select a Location in Weather Plus? Please use the “Locations” button on your screen.

In Mac OS X we use the “Locations” menu on the top of your screen to select and choose locations. On the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad we use the “Locations” button on the main screen (Current Conditions) of our application to allow you to choose a location. On the iPhone platform the “+” means add, “-” means remove a selected location, and “GPS” means use my current location.

Are we missing a location? Help us update our database!

We are always trying to improve our Locations Database and you can help us add more locations! As we know each month zip codes, cities, and states are always changing. Our location database is updated usually every half a year to a yearly basis depending on the amount of changes in locations. To report a missing location you can use our Google Form provided here.

Need to contact us? Please note that we have many ways you are able to contact us at teamWeather. Currently the lead developer is interested in hearing your feedback. We appreciate positive feedback as well as positive moods while making support requests and/or telling us there is an issue. Requests that seem rude or make us feel uncomfortable doesn’t get your request answered any faster.

We love our users and do anything to help support them while using our Products and Services. There are multiple ways to contact us, so choose the one that feels most comfortable to you!

Contact Methods – Rights of teamWeather

Please note that teamWeather has the right to remove anything posted to their pages on Facebook, Twitter, and/or other social media and networking sites. We also have the right to approve, reject, or remove comments after approval without any notice. Same applies to wall posts, contact form entries, and other contact forms. We ask that you be polite in your support requests and we will return an answer within our current average response time (or the time we get to your request). You do not have the right to harass, defame, or “bully” any user or company on our discussion forums, social networking sites, and/or other methods of contact. If you are on the list of banned teamWeather or Zenzel Technologies contacts your comments will automatically be disregard and discarded.
